Introduction
Located in Mérignac in the Bordeaux area, 10 minutes from the airport, close to tram stops and in a fast-growing district, The French Culinary School has a large training area and state-of-the-art equipment. The French Culinary School was founded by Jonathan Nègre, a former pastry chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant. In 2022, the school will be organising three-day courses with internationally renowned chefs and MOFs. In 2023, Vincent Guerlais became the school’s patron.
At the start of the 2024 academic year, the school will offer long-term diplomat courses:
The transmission of the essential basic skills of French haute pâtisserie ‘from tradition to modernity’.
To date, the French Culinary School is the school that brings together the largest number of renowned chefs in France to pass on the best know-how to its students.
