Joakim Prat and Jonathan Nègre, two passionate pastry chefs join forces to establish a new school of excellence, dedicated to the training of leading professionals in the world of French gastronomy: The French Culinary School.
Drawing on their experience, they will offer 3-day training sessions based on specific themes: innovative pastry series, creative eclairs, the creation of a new chocolate assortment, and new cooking techniques, ect., all orchestrated by a chef dedicated to a specific theme.
