Introduction
Joakim Prat and Jonathan Nègre, two passionate pastry chefs join forces to establish a new school of excellence, dedicated to the training of leading professionals in the world of French gastronomy: The French Culinary School.
Drawing on their experience, they will offer 3-day training sessions based on specific themes: innovative pastry series, creative eclairs, the creation of a new chocolate assortment, and new cooking techniques, ect., all orchestrated by a chef dedicated to a specific theme.

An exceptional setting!
The Master Classes are held at château La Tour Martillac, a Pessac-Léognan grand cru classé. Located at the heart of a prestigious vineyard close to Bordeaux, the school will organize master classes 8 months of the year beginning February 2022.
Château Latour-Martillac, a Grand Cru Classé of the Graves region, owes its name to the tower in its main courtyard. Located in Martillac, south of Bordeaux, Château Latour-Martillac produces high quality red and white wines in the Pessac-Léognan appellation. The estate has been owned by the Kressmann family since 1871.
