Angelo Musa, a true free spirit, he constantly redefines the boundaries of his pastry making to create a new genre, a combination of his passion and expertise.

At the crossroads of sublime flavors, magnified combinations, and well thought-out designs, he breathes creative strength into creating a synergy of materials, textures and unique flavors.

In 2019, he was appointed Chevalier de l’ordre des Arts et des Lettres.

Crowned with among the most prestigious titles, Pastry World Champion in 2003, and among the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007, he is the Executive Pastry Chef at the Plaza Athénée Hotel and the creator of artistic techniques that have influenced the history of the profession.
